Brian's practice is focused on civil litigation. He regularly handles matters involving construction defect, design professional malpractice claims, construction disputes, worksite accidents, personal injury, property damage and general liability claims. Representative clients include developers, general contractor, design professionals, product manufacturers and subcontractors.
Brian is licensed in Oregon and Washington. He has over two decades of experience with a primary focus on construction defect litigation. Brian prides himself on being responsive to his client's needs and wishes. He takes a practical approach to each case and attempts to identify a path to resolution as earliest as possible. Brian has skillfully and successfully represented clients in all stages of litigation from pre-suit through arbitration and trial.
Brian joined the firm as partner in 2025. When not a work Brian enjoys cooking, reading non-fiction, travel, the outdoors and watching his favorite sports teams, the Portland Trailblazers and Oregon State Beavers.
