Klarice A. Benn is a partner at Gillaspy Rhode Faddis & Benn LLC. Her practice primarily consists of professional liability defense, director and officer liability, personal injury and premises liability defense, and insurance coverage analysis and litigation.
Throughout the course of Klarice's career, she's represented a diverse range of clientele in various industries. She's represented accountants, insurance agents, real estate agents, architects, engineers, attorneys, and several other business professionals. Klarice is successful in obtaining the best results for her clients due to her extensive experience and skill.
Klarice's calling to advocacy dates back to 2003 when she received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. While in school, she became a member of her law program's Environmental Moot Court Team and competed in national competitions. Driven by the realization that she could best put her skills to use in the courtroom and appellate environment, she decided that civil litigation representing businesses and individuals alike was the most fulfilling area of law for her to practice.
After graduating, Klarice became licensed in both Oregon and Washington. In addition to being admitted to practice in State Court in both jurisdictions, Klarice is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and Western District of Washington. She is a member of the Oregon, Washington, and Multnomah County Bar Associations and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel. She served as a member on Multnomah County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors as a member and as the treasurer.

When Klarice is not working, you can find her exploring Portland and the surrounding areas with her husband, two teenagers, and her Great Pyrenees Tucker who keeps her busy and joins her family on all (okay, most) of their adventures.
